Our maxim is “We just know how”. The strictly controlled quality of our products and in-depth product know-how, tailored to the wishes of our customers, form the basis for individual advice. Compliance with customer specifications and legal requirements is our top priority.
To ensure this, the production and packaging departments work in accordance with HACCP guidelines.
This is guaranteed and confirmed by the IFS Food and Broker certifications, both of which we have passed at a higher level. In addition, we are certified organic (BCS-Öko-Garantie), Naturland and Naturland FAIR as well as FAIRTRADE (Flo-Cert).

Environmentally friendly, socially responsible and sustainable agriculture and transparent production chains are very important to us. For us, organic products also mean taking responsibility for our environment and the next generation.

FAIRTRADE certificate
We have been offering fair trade rice in our range since 2010. The FAIRTRADE certificate connects consumers, companies and producer organizations and changes trade through stable minimum prices and premiums for community projects. In this way, FAIRTRADE strengthens smallholder families and workers in Africa, Asia and Latin America. We also want to contribute to improving the living and working conditions of people in the Global South. Projects in Thailand and India make this possible for us, in cooperation with our long-standing producers.

Naturland is even more than EU organic. Naturland farmers must adhere to even stricter guidelines than those prescribed by the EU Organic Regulation. This means that they practice ecologically controlled cultivation, do not use genetic engineering and do not use synthetic chemical pesticides or artificial fertilizers. The products are labeled with the well-known organic seal. However, Naturland guidelines go far beyond the EU Organic Farming Regulation in many respects. For example, Naturland farms have additional mandatory social guidelines and are completely converting their farms to organic.
In addition to organic farming and social responsibility, the Naturland FAIR label stands above all for the principles of fair trade. This means long-term trade relations and fair prices that cover the producers’ production and living costs and enable them to live a good life. In order to reduce global social, ecological and economic inequality, Naturland Fair Partners pay a premium for products from the countries of the Global South. Naturland Fair Partners are also committed to the region in which they produce and are dedicated to fair trade through and through.
